Paul Allen d/b/a Kessler Cab Co. is a sole proprietor pedicab company providing passenger rides via pedicab or golf cart at Dallas Fort Worth events such as conventions, concerts, fairs, sporting events and festivals.

Rates are charged a flat rate per trip and vary from $5 - $20 per person and up, depending on traffic conditions, location and distance carried. Driver will inform passengers of the required rate prior to passengers' entering the pedicab or golf cart.

Paul Allen d/b/a Kessler Cab Co. has a zero tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. No driver may operate a Kessler Cab Co. vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. A driver found to be impaired by alcohol or other intoxicants shall be subject to immediate termination of employment
